Frederick C. Hornberger, Jr., C.P.C. is the president and founder of Hornberger Management Company, a distinguished executive and board member search firm serving the Engineering & Construction industry for more than thirty-five years. Frederick holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a bachelor’s degree in Economics that included 21 semester hours of Mathematics coursework, and an MBA. His interdisciplinary education in engineering, economics, mathematics, and business, combined with decades of executive experience, informs the technological, economic, and societal questions explored throughout the Artificial Love Universe™.

Frederick and his wife have also been certified to teach a church-based premarital preparation course and have taught engaged couples together. Their family remains actively involved in church and community life, reflecting his commitment to family, relationships, service, and personal values.
